A rate of less 13% from October 4th to December 19th and from 11th January to 1st March A supplement of 15% for bookings between December 20th to 10th January 2011, 3 nights minimum required.
For Weekly Rental of the entire house: all breakfast will be self catering. Coffee, tea, croissant, bread, fresh fruit, yogurt and other necessary elements will be furnished each morning. A housemaid will come to clean the house between 11a.m. to 2p.m.
To confirm a booking, a 30% non refundable deposit is required. For cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival a credit will be extended for a future booking. For Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival, and in the event of premature departure full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged. Dar 23 does not accept payment by credit card; deposit can be made by Paypal, direct bank deposit or on-line bank transfer. At the end of your stay balance is payable by cash in Euros (or equivalence in Moroccan dirham)
A three courses diner is prepared given an eight hours advance notice.
Diner at 200Dh per person. (Excluding alcoholic drinks)
